I do pro pwd mixed with powder milk on my on the run days because it is fast to make and keeps you full for a while. I only do powdered milk because I don't tolerate regular milk well. Another good thing would be a yogurt it is high in protein and has some carbs in it.

What do you love to have to grab and go in the mornings? Something that's mobile (or easy to eat while wrangling kids, packing briefcase and applying makeup - haha) and that's make-ahead (or super fast to prepare)?
I am so very, very guilty of not having breakfast, or calling a diet coke breakfast (I know, disgusting *hangs head in shame*) or just wolfing whatever my hands come across while packing kids' lunches... baaaaad!! :)
