Oh, man, not me! I am STARVING in the morning! I have found that eating some protein first thing really helps me not be starving for lunch.

My go to breakfast is greek yogurt! I always have that for the protein (sometimes fat free, sometimes 2%, depends on my mood), and usually I have something else with it. Maybe fruit, or some sweet potato, toast, whatever. Sounds like you'd be fine with just a little to eat in the morning, though if you are not too hungry. It's good to have a little something in the morning to get the "furnace" of your metabolism going!

Good luck, and don't be too hard on yourself. It takes a little time to figure out what kinds of foods and amount of food works best for your body, both for losing weight and controlling your hunger and cravings. You will get there, just listen to your body, track so you can look back and see what you were eating and how it affected you, and keep working at it.

Hang in there I am like you my first meal is between 1 and 2 in the afternoon unless I am working. But then I am still eating at midnight! I am such a night owl and find it hard to get on a schedule. But you will eventually get it if you keep trying. Just make it a goal of eating some type of protein and carbs no more then 1 hour after waking up!

Ok day one. and Really I feel like someone has pulled me backwards though a knot hole. I have been very busy today. One I have been cutting meat all day. many trips back and forth . lefting meat and hauling into the house. moving this bone to get the meat off, making steaks or what ever it was that i was cutting . packing meat to the freezer, and what not. I forgot to eat till I was so hungry I thought my tummy was going to jump out and eat me . But I have had lots of water and coffee. I will make sure that i make something for supper but missed breakfast. I think that is my problem. I dont get hungry till later in the day. I need to learn to make something when i get up.

Melissa welcome, and I agree it is not a diet, a diet is temparary where as a life style change should be more perminate. Try to change things for the better for good not just do it for a short time and then go off it. You can do it.

it's not a diet... it's a LIFESTYLE!!!!

i keep reminding myself that when i see bad food. they also say there is no bad food just sensible potions but there is bad food. processed and chemical laden food. so i stay away from mc'ds and the snack aisle.

just keep reminding yourself it's not a diet, diet are punishment and they suck! fruits and veggies can be good, even when the fruits aren't in a pie crust.

Come monday morning I will be back on the Diet. I took a brake because I thought I was killing myself and hadn't lost any weight. and hadn't lost anything. I was still the same size and so on and so forth. was feeling low about myself and thinking that I am always going to be a big person. I just stop caring . I started eating what i wanted and doing as I please. and I still haven't lost any weight and i haven't gain any so there is a plus. Wish me luck.
