Oh, man, not me! I am STARVING in the morning! I have found that eating some protein first thing really helps me not be starving for lunch.
My go to breakfast is greek yogurt! I always have that for the protein (sometimes fat free, sometimes 2%, depends on my mood), and usually I have something else with it. Maybe fruit, or some sweet potato, toast, whatever. Sounds like you'd be fine with just a little to eat in the morning, though if you are not too hungry. It's good to have a little something in the morning to get the "furnace" of your metabolism going!
Good luck, and don't be too hard on yourself. It takes a little time to figure out what kinds of foods and amount of food works best for your body, both for losing weight and controlling your hunger and cravings. You will get there, just listen to your body, track so you can look back and see what you were eating and how it affected you, and keep working at it.
