Hello and welcome to the team. In reality your goal should not be more then 2 pounds a week and since you have six weeks 12 pounds should be your max. The best way to lose is to focus on healthy eating and extercise, use the food tracker and fitness tab and try to stay within recomendations and see what happens. Hope this helps.
