Hello and welcome to the team. In reality your goal should not be more then 2 pounds a week and since you have six weeks 12 pounds should be your max. The best way to lose is to focus on healthy eating and extercise, use the food tracker and fitness tab and try to stay within recomendations and see what happens. Hope this helps.

emoticon Help I need to loose 30 pounds from the middle front of me by December 16. My boyfriend is bussing me to see him for the holidays. I am going to Vermont. and I need to be able to fit in my jeans and the front belly region is the main cause i do not wear them now. Any and all suggestions are appreciated. Thank you in advance.
