As for tracking the best way to be accurate is to use a Heart Rate Monitor. I use one daily and love the fact that you are able to track more closely what you are doing then using generic numbers that are either way high or low. This will also let you know how well you are doing any given day. I have taken a cycle class 3 weeks in a row and 1 of the two days was way lower because I lacked energy. But at least I was honest.

GRATZ!!! I'm just trying to work my way up slowly. With being sick its kinda put a damper on what I'm able to do right now. So while I'm waiting for my chest infection to go away I'm pre-planning my strategy and getting ready to change my health.

No I haven't but sure would like too I love turbo fire it's pretty easy there's like 2 moves that is hard for me but all in all I can get it done

I do the best I can from now on my life is mine I want to be a healthy nana I can only control that I'm back And I'm doing the done girl and I am going to be a turbo fire hottie with the blazing blue team i am a positive thoghtful person who cares about others And my family sherry wilson

I don't know if anyone has heard of bodyrock.tv but I'm basically wanting to do those kind of workouts. I'm not sure what they fall under for tracking my calories burned though. There is interval training run/walk, p90x, interval training with bootcamp exercises and so on. I don't want to cheat myself they are intense workouts. But I also don't want to account for to many calories burned. If someone can help me sort out where my calories burned fits that would be awesome. Have a great day everyone! :D
