release yourself from the struggle and guilt of not being successful before. 1. You can't do anything about it and 2. carrying it around will only slow you down.

Start with a small, doable goal. And focus on that... it's about small goals, and learning a new lifestyle. This journey IS doable!!!

There's a topic to request accountability partners, that may be helpful.

I don't have to get there fast... I just have to keep reaching for my goals, and keep moving towards them. Slow and steady wins the race!

Hello. I have joined a couple of times and never stuck to it. I need someone who I can share this journey with. Friends in my life are supportive but do not understand my struggle to lose over a hundred pounds.
