We all do that. Make it mandatory that you hit the elliptical for 10 minutes a night if you decide that you want to quit after that allow yourself to but if you decide to continue keep going my bet is you will keep going 9 times out of 10 that is how I am if I don't tell myself I have to do it I will definitely give up before I start! You can do it, and sometimes it is fun to get the kids involved. When I was at my parents on their treadmill my little 1yr old niece came down and wanted to try so I told her after I was done I would let her so she helped me count down the running times. Then when I was done I slowed it way down to .5 mph I could not walk on there because it was too slow for me, but she had a blast with me there to closly monitor her. She will not be able to get to it without anyone there because it is unplugged most of the time so it is not a big deal. Kids love that sort of thing. Or find something that they want to join you with.

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.
