That is awesome just keep plugging away at it slowly and remember that it is better to do it slowly then to drop it all fast. At lot more healthy for your body.

In january I weighed 340 lbs today about 9 months later I weigh 286 pounds that is 54 lbs. Not as fast as I want it but coming off not climbing back on emoticon
