So I've been on SP for about 2 weeks. I've been actually working on losing weight for about 3. I've been focusing mainly on my abs and thighs, as that is where most of my overweight shows the most at. Today tho I was searching on youtube and found this video that was a 10 minute cardio workout blast. It says it's for beginners, and that's where I am right now in exercise, so I figured I would try it out. WOW WOW! Talk about sweating! It does 1 minute *blasts* of different workouts, with about 30 seconds rest in between. I loved it! When my ten minutes were up I was loose and limber and breathing hard and just pouring sweat, but I felt great!! Just wanted to stop in here and pass my smile around to everyone! I only have my hubby here at home to encourage me, and I usually work out when he's not here as we are on different work schedules, so I love that I can come here and post and get support. So today I feel awesome that I completed that! Now I'm going to go start whipping up some of the recipes I found here for this weeks dinners. I'm feeling rather confident knowing that I'm cooking lots of healthy meals for my family for the week, knowing that while I'm not here, they are still going to eat right. emoticon emoticon
