Thanks for the feedback so far, it's very helpful!
I'm okay with soy, so that doesn't have me too worried. But I agree, fat free cheese, etc is not something I'm a big fan of. I have noticed that in some of those products, what they remove of in fat, they make up for in other ingredients like sugar. But I can get around those ingredients easily enough.
I'm really interested in the idea that they're simple recipes including one serving meals, I'm single and always looking for quick, easy recipes to make at home that don't produce tons of leftovers!
As for splenda, I'm okay with it, I use it on occasion, but am not the biggest fan of sugar substitutes overall. I actually used splenda to cut out using sugar in my coffee, I first weened myself off sugar and on to splenda. Because I'm not the biggest fan of splenda I eventually used less and less of it until my coffee was completely sugar free! So, I have to say thank you to splenda for that.
I've heard some sugar substitutes can give people migraines, thankfully, I am not one of them!
Rather than aiming for being perfect, just aim to be little bit better today than you were yesterday.
