I am not 100% sure if it changes them as you log your weight loss, or not, but I have a tendency of updating my cardio weekly based on my calories burned the week before according to my HRM or calories burned from tracked fitness. By doing this it will keep your calories needed up to date and give you an idea on where you are and a new goal to beat ... Another way is to simply update your plan every few weeks to make sure you are on the right track.
The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.
your calorie range will change if you play with the fitness tracker too.
***DON"T FORGET *** listen to your body! i was doing what the tracker told me, eating 1200 to 1400 calories a day and i was starving all the time- not because i was getting used to my new lifestyle- but because i was starving all the time. now that my workload is less physical i need to adjust back down but back in april and may i needed 1800 calories a day.

As you lose weight, a message will show up on your start page, telling you to update your weight in order to keep your calories in the right range. I think it also tells you where to go to do so. Mine showed up after a 5% loss, I believe?

I sent an email to SP, but I havent heard an answer. So I am asking all of you. When I started two weeks ago, the program suggested a calorie range, fat range, etc. Does that number change by itself as we lose weight?? Or do we have to tweak something manually first?
