I have yet to try anything for the belly but for biking to prevent chafing I use spandex shorts and it dose wonders. Even after a 5 day 300 mile ride I was not that sore! I would bet it would help with the belly too though!

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.
I found the perfect shape wear at Walmart called sweaty nothings. They are so comfy. I got a ank top and boy shorts and love them and they are very good priced. Being shapewear they are snug but once on I feel like they are a second skin soft, moveable. Plus I am top heavy and the tank top holds my chest very nicely without pulsing them under my chin lol like others I have tryed. The Sweet Nothing's have tanks, boy shorts, thigh highs, the ones from waist to toes leggings and others. I really recommened them. I saw then on Dr Oz and was very interested because I am on a tight buget. I think I got the tank top for $ 12 or $14 which worked great for me. Plus I can wear my workout clothes that are more form fitting with my boy shorts and I don't have pantie lines!!! Best I every had

So I started a couch to 5k program and jogging causes the belly clap. Has anyone found a good way to keep the belly still while jogging? Will spandex really help?
But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward.
