How do you feel and lose with them? How do you feel and lose without them?
I was having a lot of fatigue and also heart palpitations that had always been there, but were getting worse. My dr found I am deficient in a few things. Magnesium, Vit D, B vits. Seriously deficient. I guess some people need them and others may not. But tracking more of my nutrients, I think it may be impossible to get all that we need simply from diet. When you need 130 mg daily of something, and the foods you are eating, though a balanced diet, are adding 3% here and 5 % there, it can be impossible.
I suggest you try it both ways for a month or two each way and see how you feel and lose each way to decide for your self.
I can not answer weather it will help or hinder in weight loss, but it is not always good for you. I was informed by a dietitian that multivitamins are not always needed it depends on where you levels stand as to weather you need them or not. If you take them daily and are eating correctly they you vitamin levels may become too high which is not always the best for you either.

This may be a stupid question, but someone told me today that taking a daily multivitamin will make you gain weight or make it harder to lose... is this true? I thought a daily vitamin was a good thing! Hopefully this person was wrong. I figured this would be the best place to ask!
