I have definitely had those days You know the one where you don't want to get up or move at all get to work and a coworker drives you nuts, So needless to say after an 8 hour shift you go to the gym to run just to take out your frustrations and get yourself in a better mood. Way to find the motivation you needed. :)

*** Sharleen *** Motivational captain 30 something challenge

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

I thought I was doing really well with tracking and then I opened my eyes yesterday and really looked at what I was doing. Time to buckle down and track better!

I have a really hard time with tracking. I do really well at first and then taper off over time. I'm hoping having an accountability partner and workout buddy helps with that.

For me I get excited when I see what my friends have been up to, Logging in to track is for me an exercise in honesty with myself.
