I have to be at work around 7:30 and I hate sitting down and eating that early. My solution is a smoothie that I can take with me and sip at my desk a little later.
1/2 c plain fat free yogurt
1/2 c 1% milk
1c mixed berries
1/4 med banana
2 scoops Biggest Loser Protein Powder
ice & blend
approx 314 calories
approx 45g carbs & 23g of protein
Look for egg recipes baked in muffin tins. It's almost like making a mini quiche. That way you can make one tin filled with them on the weekend and reheat them to go int he mornings on your way out the door. Just try to make one with cheese (not too much) and maybe some spinach or chopped asparagus or tomatoes in there with them.
Life is what you make it, so PAY ATTENTION!

There are so many good ideas out there. Anything from a smoothie with some type of protein aka Peanut butter or pro pwd or even having some cheese on the side, to eggs and toast, or even cerial and nuts. It all depends on what you like. As long as you are mixing protein with a carb and focus on getting in 1/6 or 1/3 of your daily intake depending on number of meals.

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.
I work at 8 am every morning and I am looking for healthy breakfast ideas. Any info would help.
