There are so many good ideas out there. Anything from a smoothie with some type of protein aka Peanut butter or pro pwd or even having some cheese on the side, to eggs and toast, or even cerial and nuts. It all depends on what you like. As long as you are mixing protein with a carb and focus on getting in 1/6 or 1/3 of your daily intake depending on number of meals.
