I bought some MBTs. $250. I have worn them a dozen times maybe. You aren't supposed to get them the least bit wet for some reason, and you really have to hold your feet a certain way. I always felt weird, wobbly and off-balance.

I never wear them.

I'm not sure since I haven't purchased a pair...

I was looking into them for my wife as she's standing all day long and he coworkers swore by them as being really comfortable.

The sales pitch is that they tone your body and help with posture. I didn't hear this from my wife's coworkers but I can see how they could help with posture. I'm not sure how they would help with toning though.

At $300, the investment is pretty high for me. I'm curious about the reebok and sketchers versions at ~$100 but I haven't been able to try the shoes out in person yet.

Yeah, the sketcher's and reebok versions of these shoes are around $100.

The MBT brand of shoes are considerably more expensive. My wife looked into these and I recall they were in the $250-300 range.

BTW, SP has ads for the reebok versions of the shoes. There's even testimonials from SP users in their ads.

Has anyone tried these sneakers? Are they worth the money? I was going to buy a pair for my sister for her birthday but her co-worker said they are $300 a pair. Are they worth that much?
