if you went in and changed your weight and exercise amounts your calories will change.

If you are logging in more exercises your calorie range will jump regardless of your weight. That happened to me when I increased the amount of exercise I was doing. Your body will need the calories to help you with that.

Ok I changed my weigh and my calories on the nutrition guide jumped a lot. I was at 1200-1600 and it went to 1800-something....I am at 251..what is everyone else's calories that are around my weight? and how do I change it back--I do not think this can be right. emoticon
