If you are logging in more exercises your calorie range will jump regardless of your weight. That happened to me when I increased the amount of exercise I was doing. Your body will need the calories to help you with that.
Ok I changed my weigh and my calories on the nutrition guide jumped a lot. I was at 1200-1600 and it went to 1800-something....I am at 251..what is everyone else's calories that are around my weight? and how do I change it back--I do not think this can be right.
