hello there. i just joined and would love to get an AP as well. i have been on WW and was doing great, but i haven't been able to stick with it. i even had some great email buddies helping me too, but everyone has fell off the emails lately & i need help. i can check in daily & do constantly for the help.

Quick update: I have been assigning accountability partners whenever possible. For those who have already signed up, you may have received your assignment. If not, you will shortly, unless I am waiting to hear back from you about how often you want to check in with your AP.
For those who were assigned an AP earlier by TIGANDMAX, you should have received a Sparkmail from me to check in and see how that was working out.

I know that we had an AP thread started already. Since there is much confusion there, I am resurrecting it.
If you have already signed up under the previous thread, please know that I have your name down and will be contacting you shortly.
Here are the basics . . . If you are interested in having a fellow 30 Something team member to check in with on a regular basis, then sign up! As a pair, you and your partner will give each other support, motivation, praise, etc. If you are having a bad day, then your AP will be there to help you get through it. If you have a milestone that you are celebrating, your AP will be right there with you. The one thing that is requested of you is to make sure you have regular contact with your AP. Remember your partner is counting on you like you are counting on her/him!
Because of the size of this team, it will be very hard to match everyone up based on interest. So, I will being using check-in frequency as a guide to assign partners. So, when signing up, please indicate how often you would like to check in with your AP. Here are the various options:
Daily; Every Few Days; Weekly; Week Days Only; or Weekends Only.
Please note that the frequency is totally up to you! There is no wrong answer; just what fits best with your life!
I will begin assigning APs this Sunday. But please note that signing up for an AP is on-going! You can add your name onto the list at anytime!
Another thing to note, if you and your AP are not a good fit, then just let me know!
