I'm am still trying to figure this site and all it offers out so if I forget to post or post in the wrong area or don't join in team challenges it's not cause I don't want to it's cause I don't quite know how to yet. Any help is much appreciated! I have been trying to get a grip on the calories I eat and burn each day I have had type 1 diabetes for almost 30 years and this is all new to the way I was taught how to do things so it may take me some time to get it done.
