What the mind believes the body can achieve
I joined the gym last Monday and have gone every morning faithfully. 45 Mins on the treadmill - running/walking - I burn about 250-300 calories and it feels great.
My diet, however, I cannot seem to get a handle on. Can someone give me an example of what they eat on a daily basis so I can have something to go by?
