well so far cycled 6 miles each day - started beating self up for not hitting gym, eating chocolates then I thought CHILL OUT! I have started regular exercise and am cooking fresh food with fruit and veg - and not overdrinking.
I guess progress is also happening as I am stopping before I hugely beat myself up!!
work on your goals and remember: it's all baby steps and bunny hops to the end of our journeys'......you won't eat perfectly if you don't allow yourself treats once in a while! There really is no eating "perfectly".....you'll get used to that!
well food has been going ok - until yesterday when I ate junk and had a mcdonalds for dinner. Healthy food today - fruit and veg and homemade leek and potato soup for lunch, having egg on toast as protein has been low. No exercise apart from skating this week - off for a walk tomorrow with a friend.
