If you are logged in to sparkrecipes.com, when youa re looking at a recipe it will say "Add this recipe to my food tracker". It is located above the nutrition information on the recipe. Once you click it, it will let you choose the date to add it to.

If you know the nutritional information of the meal, you can jus click were it says "Enter a food not listed" which is right below the search button on the food tracker. Ifyou do not know the nutrition info but know the ingredients, you can log into sparkrecipes.com (same log-in) and click where it says "How healthy are your recipes" about half-way down the page. Once you fill out all the parts of that, it will create the recipe and you can add it to you nutrition for any day. It will also be added to your favorites for easy access later.

There are at least 3 ways to do this:

1. Create a grouping for this meal.
2. Enter the meal in sparkrecipes.com
3. Copy the meal to the day you're going to eat it again. Above each meal (lunch, dinner, etc.), there's a button that says "copy".

You don't have to eat the whole thing.

There's a way to add them to trackers or to save them as favourites, but I think it would be difficult to add to the meal planner. What I do is add it to food tracked for the day & to favourites, then go cut it out of the day if I'm not actually making it that night.
Sometimes I just use Pinterest instead, if I'm being lazy. :)
