I struggle with this ALL the time, I will be looking in the fridge or cupboard and be thinking what am I doing I'm not even hungry, and yet before I know it I am eating something. I need ideas as to how to avoid this myself.

Ok how many people find themselves reaching for a snack and stopping to think...wait am I really hungry? Or am I just bored and want something to do? If you do whats something you will do instead of eating?
