I have found the exercise videos to be awesome. A lot of them are less the 10 mins, you don't need special equipment or clothes. I will do them while I am watching tv, during breaks at work, whenever I can grab a few minutes. I have also hung workout ideas around the house. I have a preshower workout, brushing teeth workout. The kids may like that too. I have to do better preparing food for the week, but having the eating plan has helped me to get more fruit and veggies into my body. This team is always here to talk to. We are all in the same boat, and love new passengers!

hey there...30 year old...soon to be 31 and have been battling weight for about 7 years now.....basically since I had my daughter....but this time it's differnt...been feeling really down and realized I have lost myself, so this is a BRAND NEW approach to weight loss for me...this is going to be my journey....I am going to find myself! Hello! I am in a similar situation. I work full time have 4 girls and I seem to have been telling myself that I can't change. I'm too busy. I know that's not true, it's just what I seem to fall back on. I am really trying to change that mentality. I want to live a more productive and healthy life. Plus when my kids grow up and have a life of their own I will have massive health problems and I don't' want that.

Hey everybody! I am new here to Sparkpeople and this group. I am 30 something and loving it, but not loving my weight so I need to change that. I work full time and have 3 kids, so life is chaotic.
