Well, that was a short lived celebration... But really, it could have been a lot worse. I had something of a "screw this!" week when it came to watching my food. Potatoes AND cookies this week! :D :D :D I don't regret it; it made me happy to eat whatever I wanted. And hey, I'm still 60 pounds lighter than I was a year ago!!!!

Today I weigh 278 lbs. At one point about 4 years ago I lost 78 lbs with the help of SparkPeople. I got pregnant and over the last 4 years have gained all but 5 lbs back.

The other day a gentleman asked me to lose 10 lbs because I was looking really puffy and bloated. I told him where he could stick his request! But after seeing a picture of myself I decided it is time to get back on the grind. I am ready to get back down into my size 10 jeans!

I appreciate this group of people that know the struggle!

After starting a new medicine that has a "chance" of weight gain (60% chance) I have gained three pounds in one week. I am hoping that is just water weight and will fall off as soon as I am able to stop the vile medicine.

Anyway, I can't wait for the doc to give the go ahead for dropping the med (it can have nasty withdrawal symptoms but I have only been on it a little more than a week.

So yeah. 216

It's been a frustrating few weeks, being soooo close, but I finally made it!!!! Time to set new goals, I guess! Short term is just to stay under 180. Would like to do that for at least a month or so before I worry about setting another weight loss goal. Will keep doing what I've been doing for the past 48 weeks, and if I keep losing, so be it! I tried it all ...but It was not until I discovered HCG ...that I lost REAL Weight... Aprill 18th I Was 293 pounds.... And Today I Weigh 238. I did this Diet for 2 months and lost 50 POUNDS.... Now I am Maintaining the Weight LOSS.....

I developed Healthy Eating Habits.
& Now I am committed to Working out 3x a week to Keep the weight Off.

Even manage to still lose 5 extra pounds after the DIET period.

LOOK into it.

#HCG has changed my LIFE !!

Gotta make changes now.....it's now or never....

Soooooooooooo close...... My scale is laughing at me. Mocking me. It thinks it's so cute with its little butterflies and flowers. But it's really just a jerk...

**Edit: I just remembered that one of my students had a birthday party this week, and I kiiiind of ate my weight in profiteroles... Guess the scale's not so much to blame as I thought...**

Just joined today. Started my journey about two months ago and so far I've lost 18 pounds swimming, which is the only exercise I can really do, but I also really love it. I'm living with Celiac Disease, Acid Reflux, Scolios, Fibromyalgia, and Degenerative Disc Disease, but I'm still living, Glory be to God and that's what matters. My weight today is 208.

This week's weight loss is extremely bittersweet... I lost six pounds, which is great, but I only did so because my mom died, and I've been too upset to eat much for the past week... My mom would have been proud of me, both for the loss and for being soooooo close to my goal, so I'm trying to be as well.

On a more positive note, I did some clothes shopping today. Had absolutely no idea what sizes to pick up. Ended up with size 12 jeans! I don't know that I have EVER worn 12s!

Forgot to post on Friday, but I lost a little! May wasn't a great month for weight loss, but I managed to lose noticeable inches! (I don't measure inches, but I take progress pics every month!)

Now the real challenge is to not go totally off the rails while I'm stateside for a few weeks! Been back in the US just over 24 hours and have already eaten A LOT of junk!!! Hard to resist all the good stuff that I can't get my hands on most of the year!!!!
