Strange things have been happening this month. Here's a look at what I mean:

7/7 - up 0.6 lbs, BF% down to 56.7%, VFL 9, SM% 19.0%

7/16 - down 2.2 lbs, BF% up to 57.9%, VFL 10, SM% 18.1%

7/21 - up 2.4 lbs (+0.2 from 7/7), BF% back down to 56.7%, VFL 9, SM% 19.0%

My measurements are weird too, but they've always acted weird...

Compared to 6/23 (roughly 1 month ago), Waist is down 0.38" and Arm is down 0.5", but Hips are up 0.5" and Thigh has no change.

Still holding at about 190-191. I made it to the gym all week last week, did my running, a squat challenge on Facebook and ran a 5K race on Friday. Something has to give somewhere. Obviously it's my eating, since I am working out.

Had a snag two weeks in a row where I lost nothing (which was very frustrating). I decided to eat at my mid range of calories instead of low range this week and viola 5lbs lost! That brings me to 30 pounds lost total. Seems unbelievable and makes me very happy!

Not pleased with today's weigh in... up another .4 lbs! Last week was a full pound increase after a steady string of 5 weeks consistently losing .6 to 2.2 lbs each weigh in. My measurements are up again too! emoticon

The crazy thing is, I'm not doing less, but quite a bit more especially last week. For those curious, here are my weekly step counts and the weigh ins that followed. I've labeled them 1 to 6 though I've been focused on a weekly step goal for about 10 weeks now.

Week 1 52,109 steps = -2.2 lbs
Week 2 44,083 steps = -1.0 lbs
Week 3 54,425 steps = -1.4 lbs
Week 4 37,633 steps = -1.4 lbs
Week 5 55,010 steps = -0.6 lbs
Week 6 54,099 steps = +1.0 lbs
Last week 72,039 steps = +0.4 lbs

Trying so hard to stay positive, but it's not easy. I feel like all my hard work last week was hardly worth it, though I guess I would be up even more if I wasn't so active... still feeling meh and the sudden heat today isn't helping my mood one bit.

When I started my path to my best health on 1 June 2014 I weighed 212.5 lbs. The first week I didn't really do anything, but over the past two weeks I've lost 5.1 lbs. (and it isn't even my weigh-in day, I just felt like checking)!

My mother noted that I need to get new jeans because my current jeans are too big!! Nothing was more amazing to hear in that moment! I feel awesome emoticon

Just joined so no weigh-ins yet. Starting weight was 234. I have a lap band that I got many years ago (poster child for you CAN gain weight with a weight loss surgery) and am working to continue my weight loss. Fingers crossed! emoticon

Gained 1 lb for the week but thats really not bad considering I was on vacation and it was wonderful! Even enjoyed a couple of margaritas. Back on track this week.

Another 5 down! Feeling great! I still don't see any changes but my energy is higher than it has been in a long time. Total loss of 17lbs I still have a long way to go but I am happy!

Weekly weigh in...

Lost another 1.4 pounds! That brings my total loss since January to 12.2 pounds!

BF% up a hair (0.5%) and SM% down a hair (0.4%), but still an overall improvement since January. Measurements were all a tad higher (+0.5-1.0") so I may check again tomorrow just to be sure it's right. My hubby insists I'm looking trimmer so I'm happy regardless.

3.6 pounds down this week. I'm super excited to be within 5 pounds of having lost 10% of my body weight... and getting to use the fully auto espresso machine that I set as my motivator for obtaining that. Just as importantly... in the big picture I've lowered my body fat by over 5% and I am at the halfway point of the goal that got me back on track.... to lose 50 pounds by Oct 1st.

As for me, I lost 1 pound and I'm doing a little happy dance, lol. Body Fat % is down .3%, BMI dropped .1, and my skeletal muscle is up .2%. emoticon

Measurements are confusing as usual, gained .5" in my waist and .25" in my arms, yet lost 1" in my hips and 1.25" in my thigh. Still, hips and thigh are where I seriously need to lose so I'm happy with that.

All in all a decent weekly weigh in for me.
