So, this week has been a roller coaster. I got to 182 last week... then took some fiber supplements for a couple days and it showed as a 4lb increase on the scale. Stopped taking the supplements and waited it out and that 4lbs finally disappeared. (not that the scale going up is a reason to be upset, it just put me back up over my goal, which I'd just reached lol... I can't be toyed with like that right now!)

i have been doing the fasting with liquids and so far i have lost 11 pounds. this was just what i did to clean my system. i cant wait to see what will happen when i incorporate exercising next week

Been super stressed out over the past week (yes, even moreso than usual lol bion). Weight went up to 194, then back down to 190, now to 193. BUT, I don't log my regains. It can't possibly be real in that timeframe, maybe just sodium/water retention.

I am so happy to reach my first mini-goal of being under 250! Even better...I had a Pampered Chef cooking show last night, and I hadn't had a live show in over a month. I went to put on my apron and realized I am now able to wrap the ties all the way around me and tie them in the front!!! I could not do that before!

I'M STILL OVERWEIGHT!!!

Since I've been struggling with eating enough recently due to the divorce stress, I've really gone easy on my workouts. Just getting activity in, but, nothing intense. I forced myself to do a higher calorie day yesterday, since I've been at the low end of my calories for the past couple weeks.

WOOHOO!!! Scale finally moved again. (well, at least in the right direction, it had gone up 3 and 4lbs since my last loss was logged... I don't log my regains, though. Not till I get to maintenance.)

3lbs from Onederland and 5lbs from being Overweight and no longer Obese!!!
Only 17lbs to my goal weight.
