Thanks for the support! But I guess that is the reason we are all SP right? For support, encouragement and keep on track. I haven't been doing the excersises this week, but I have been keeping a careful eye on the food and water (because I can't seem to get all the water I need-ever.). I am so exhausted that I can't make myself get up and do anything! Going to bed earlier isn't helping, either. Not sure how I am going to get around this one, any ideas? Because I am NOT a 5 hour energy kinda gal. Somethings got to give, though, right?

I understand having set backs and stopping and starting up again. I am in the same situation as you and it is so frustrating. I just need to get motivated and stick to the plan. Congrats on starting again and good luck! Don't give up....try to remember why you are on this journey whenever you want to give up.

It's always good to know that we are all in this together. I have started over multiple times and each time I think this will be the one but then I let myself stop tracking and measuring my food. That is key for me but it is so much easier said than doine!!

I am starting again... but new to this also. I haven't been on sparkpeople for almost 10 yrs. things have changed. I came back due to just having a 2nd child and trying to lose the fat my body wants to keep lol. My oldest is 14 and my youngest is almost 6 weeks ;-) had my first when I was 20 and I am now 35 (birthday was march 11th ;-) I think my body has changed in dealing with postpartum in between my first and second ;-) need help and support to overcome the weight loss obstacle so I am here!! I guess I am starting again, again. I have gained everything back that I have lost, plus a couple extra. This is not surprising. There was a close death in the family and with the funeral food and stress, I have gained and gained. So here we go again. 7 months before I need to be looking alot better than I do now! Ding, ding...round 4. Thanks for the support, and here we go again girls!

Shanna looks like you have made great progress from where you started! I admire that! This is my 2nd time starting again after going on vacation to Ireland and having too much fun. My goal is 115-110. It seem impossible today but I keep trying. I will start over as many times as is takes

I'm very happy to have recently joined this team :) This is my second time doing this. The first time I tried to join SparkPeople, but was nursing my newborn son and so was referred to SparkPeople's sister site, Babyfit. I met a lot of wonderful people there and did a lot of good work and then just eventually let myself quit. When I think about how well I did, it makes me sad because I could have reached my goal by now and I could be so much fitter. I lost 20 pounds in a month and a half. Then I gained it all back :( My son is now 17 months and I'm ready to do this again. This time I know how easy it is to quit and I'm not going to let myself do that !!
This is the 3rd time I have started, I keep getting off track, and staying that way for a few weeks. I am starting over..again...and this time I am not going to give up. So frustrated with the whole not losing and staying on track thing. The scale told me that I had finally dropped below 150 this morning, and even though I think it is lying to me, I am going to use that for my reason to start over and not give up this time! Here we go...round 3!
