I'm hoping to stay within my calorie guidelines and make it a priority to go to the gym at least five days a week. I've done well in the past but have a tendency to fall back into old habits quickly! Lol. Good luck to you. We can all do this!

You have a great plan in place! I'm hoping to get back in 130s range by spring. I have a tendency of getting sidetracked lol. Good luck

When I was 175-180 I thought 125 was a terrible goal for me, but I hit it in 6 months. Basically, I jump start my metabolism, and then add some fun workouts so I'll stay interested. I eat more fresh fruits and veggies, at least one dairy a day, all whole grains and wheat, cut out soda/pop, limit myself to one sweet (ice cream, serving of cookies, etc) per week, and 1-3 alcoholic drinks per week. THEN, I eat 5-6 small meals each day, all as equal in size as possible.
For exercise, I love ZUMBA, Pilates, Yoga, squats while doing laundry, lunges and steps at home, and once a week (when warm enough), 1-2 miles jog/run near my home.
What are you doing? We'll get there, and before you know it, you'll be passing your goal! Just have to remember you can't completely fall away from the lifestyle once you've accomplished your goal! I messed up bad this holiday season after keeping the weight off for a year!
BEST WISHES :)

Take this first week to familiarize yourself with the tools here. Once you get used to using them, it becomes easier to use them even when you are busy. Personally, I spent my first week learning to use the tools, and just tracking everything I was already eating and doing for exercise. It gave me a baseline to work from. It also gave me a chance to really decide what my goals were, and how to get there.

This site can only provide the support and the tools to reach these goals. You need to put the hard work in. Personally, I end up kicking my own butt every day. Feel free to check out my blogs to see how I kick my butt out the door to get my fitness in. I can tell you, once I am finished with my exercise for the day, I feel great. No more I should do this and I should do that. Instead, I feel accomplished, and able to relax and enjoy the rest of my day.

You can not change yesterday - it's done.
You can only dream of tomorrow.
The only day you can change is today.
What are you going to do today to reach your goals of tomorrow?

It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it GREAT

I have a similar goal. I am currently 150 and would like to get back down to 135 at most. Getting down to 125 would be awesome but 135 is my first goal. We can do it! What's your plan/diet?

Today is my last day before getting back at it! I lost 50+ pounds from May 2012-December 2012, and kept it off until this last Thanksgiving/Christmas. I was so careless with my food, SWEETS, and let all workouts go to the wayside. So, here we go, goal is to get from 149 back down to 125 by mid-April, or sooner! Let's get motivated :)
