I've seen the shirataki noodles at my regular grocery store and at an Asian grocery store. You can also order them online, but then you would have to pay shipping. I like them, but they are a little hard for me to digest I think (read gas! LOL!) Good luck!

thanks that help when you want to keep eating: sugarfree jello (expeically for bingers), shirataki noodles also zero calories, alfalfa spourts, butternnut squahs, real slcied dehydrated fruit by kirkkland, Dancing around when no ne is, you feel free, swimmin is the tops! jumping jacks and trampoline to make your heart race, same wit Thurbokick. Make suer you stretch so the muscles don't bunch up and look weird. Need more near zero cal treats? try Gluten Free icecream cone and eat them alone. Chicken broth made sfrom scatch really helps too. If you have fibromyalgia, celiacs, sine injury, constan migraines, I'dl love to hear from you too! I am open and love love love to get to know new ppl. I am brand new here :) I want to be able to workout, and have my legs look like ballerina legs, not sumu. I can help others, but am stuck in a rut for helping myself.. I binge eat, I obsess over food and I know its not right.
