I have a knee injury as well. Are there any tips you could give me or exercises that seem t work better than others that you know about?

I just joined. But recently my knee injury has kept me from being able to work out as I used to. This winter has been hard on my joints! But today I'm going to the pool and doing laps! I have to do SOMETHING! I haven't weighed this much since I had my daughter and I am miserable!

Becoming discouraged is easy to do but remember any weight lost is a step closer to a healthier you. I use to watch Biggest Loser and even after their workouts some of the contestants did not lose any weight for that week but the next week they had double digits. As long as you keep striding to your goal and not give up you will reach your destination weight maybe not as soon as you would like but it will happen.

I am not a patient person and want to lose my weight fast as well but it did take me some time to put on the weight and will take time and hard work to get it off. Good luck!!

I know it's very discouraging when little progress is made. There are a lot of reasons for not losing that may not be in your total control. Did you get enough sleep? Are you super stressed out right now? Sometimes our bodies just want to hang on to our weight for protection when these things happen. Do not give up! You will start feeling the results soon.

Don't stop believing!
Some weeks are rough. Check your food. Are you eating enough? Going under can put your body in starvation mode. Are you tracking all food? Make sure you have portions right.
And don't worry! Remember, just making small, healthy changes can add up.
It took a long time to get the weight on, it will take a little time to get it off. emoticon
