Congrats, Sisteronyx!! Keep up the good work. When I've been on the more recent part of my journey, when I have celebrated weight loss, sometimes I have felt like I could stop using my tablespoon when I eat peanut butter or stop portioning my cereal or whatever else. Just a word to the wise, keep it up so you can keep up your pace!

It has always been a struggle for me to lose weight. Going from one diet to another didn't work. Doing what I do now is working. I watch what I eat, I portion my food and I exercise. I weighed myself this morning and my scale 133 pounds! Usually it lies. Lol. So far I have lost a total of 5 pounds!
