Hello my name is Nellee and I'm new to SP. I've tried many time to follow my own workout regime which I follow through for some time & then I get distracted. I'm hoping by joining I can lose the 15-20lbs I so need to, to feel comfortable. Being a mom of 5 I'm long over due to get back in shape. My main issue or goal is to get rid of stomach fat & tone everything else. I need to get on track & stay on track, get fit & stay fit... I'm excited for change
