Hang in there! You've had some great weight loss success already! As you already know, there are times that life's events force us to focus on maintaining the status quo, just for a little while, until the storm passes. Hopefully, you'll find your "new" normal very soon. :)

Going through this separation has my schedule out of whack, my eating habits are off, I'm tired all the time and my motivation is drained. I'm maintaining but I feel this loss of control over my daily routine and I'm not sure how to get it all back. Advice please!
