Keep fresh fruits and veggies nearby. Try to set a time limit for when you can snack, ie. every 3 hours. That way you will know when your next snack is coming. You can gorge all you want on veggies ... you'll be full without having consumed a lot of calories. It's summer time ... watermelon is a great snack. It's full of water which fills you up without destroying your diet. Have faith in yourself.

I am having a really hard time emotionally with hunger. I try not to let myself get hungry. I try to snack or eat small meals. Sometimes I lose control and gorge myself because I am afraid of being hungry. I will go days having fallen off the wagon. I eat whatever I want whenever I want. I even defy some of the life habits I have formed, like not eating at night. The more I fear being hungry or deprived the more I eat. Crazy, I know! Any advice?
