My orthotics took longer to refurbish than I expected, so I went nearly a month without running. Getting back on the treadmill this week, I found I could only run 19 minutes straight, take a 5-minute walk break, and then do another 6-minute run, for a running total of 25 minutes.
I had just reached 30 minutes non-stop (week 9, day 1) before I had to pause the Couch to 5K program a month ago, while I waited for my orthotics to come back. I'll be proceeding as if I'm starting at week 7 and go from there.

I'm combining a Couch to 5K with a controlled diet to lose weight.
I'm on my final week of the C25K, but unfortunately I have been sidelined for about a week and half to get my foot orthotics refurbished So, no running for about 10 days.
I don't want to lose my momentum when I'm so close to the end. Are there any cardio workouts I can do without running? I'm not a swimmer, so unfortunately that's out of the question. I was averaging 350 calories of exercise per workout day.
