Fitness videos or an aerobic class!
My orthotics took longer to refurbish than I expected, so I went nearly a month without running. Getting back on the treadmill this week, I found I could only run 19 minutes straight, take a 5-minute walk break, and then do another 6-minute run, for a running total of 25 minutes.
I had just reached 30 minutes non-stop (week 9, day 1) before I had to pause the Couch to 5K program a month ago, while I waited for my orthotics to come back. I'll be proceeding as if I'm starting at week 7 and go from there.
I like jumping rope and jumping on a trampoline.

Thanks for the advice. As I don't have easy access to a pool or bike, I had to get creative.
So, I've been doing 40 minutes of Wii Sports Boxing on my usual running days, in addition to dumbbell exercises on my off days.
It seems to be working, as I'm continuing to slim down.
My orthotics should be fixed this week, so I'll be back to running and completing the last two runs of my Couch to 5K program, hopefully without a hitch!
Walking in the water!! Even if you're not a swimmer, you can walk laps and this gives great exercise.
Could you try a new gym for a week or two so you could access ellipticals and other equipment?
bike riding? eliptical? Mind you, you need access to equipment for those.

You can not change yesterday - it's done.
You can only dream of tomorrow.
The only day you can change is today.
What are you going to do today to reach your goals of tomorrow?
It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it GREAT

I'm combining a Couch to 5K with a controlled diet to lose weight.
I'm on my final week of the C25K, but unfortunately I have been sidelined for about a week and half to get my foot orthotics refurbished So, no running for about 10 days.
I don't want to lose my momentum when I'm so close to the end. Are there any cardio workouts I can do without running? I'm not a swimmer, so unfortunately that's out of the question. I was averaging 350 calories of exercise per workout day.
Any ideas would be appreciated!
