I'm just finishing one through Coursera called Nutrition for Health and Disease Prevention. I loved it! I also signed up for the next Nutrition course, the very one you mentioned through Vanderbilt U. It starts next month sometime so it will be a bit of a wait. So yeah, I'm with you! :D

I have just signed up on www.coursera.org for a couple of online nutrition classes. One is called Nutrition, Health, and Lifestyle: Issues and Insights. There are a couple of other ones that look interesting. I don't know how good the classes are, but I thought it would be a cool way to help me stay motivated while winter drags on. Does anyone else want to take them? I thought maybe we could talk about them on here or something. Or if you want to take them on your own, thats ok too.
