I can totally relate. I also joined in 2010 at 138 hoping to lose 8 lbs. We had just relocated to a new state with 3 little kids and I just lost track of myself to be honest. Now I am ready to lose this weight which has increased since then LOL. I am determined to be 10lbs down by my 36th bday (3/1) I have learned to love my treadmill again and hope to run a few races this spring. I used to run and miss it! I joined spark people in 2010 when I weighed 126 lbs and felt like I could stand to lose a few pounds. Soon into joining, I became discouraged and stopped tracking. Now I weigh 140 lbs (ugh) and I can stand to lose more than a few. I wish that I had stuck with it the first time. Oh well, on to better things. I am going to try to become committed again. This evening I will walk for 20 minutes.
