I need some help. I'm trying to lose weight and have been exercising like crazy. My problem is my eating. I eat like I'll never be fed again....like I have no control over myself. So all the hard work I put into exercising is null and void after I binge! Wth is my problem? How do I change it? How do I fix it? Any advice or suggestions welcome!
