Gah, so this weekend the new boyfriend has tons of candy and brownies. Why are the men I date always enablers? Anyway I ate two mini cady bars and asked him to please move the candy bowl into the kitchen instead of on the coffee table in front of us while we were watching tv. Later I did still have brownie too. I think we have been seeing each other long enough now that it's time we had the Talk. "Honey, there is something you should know about me, I have a problem with food, I used to weigh alot more, and I need your support if I am going to continue to be healthy"
Hmm.... I might need to start a new topic on this somewhere. How do you broach the subject in new relationships?
I kind of failed. I ate 4 mini candy bards and a handful of candy corn. I win in the fact that I managed to walk away when I was this close to all out binging and eating more, I sent my friend home with the leftovers so they were not hunting me, and I had at least gotten in a good work out 2 hours prior. Really not continuing to binge was a win for me.
