We are in the same boat MRSORR44 ! PMS throws me off but in general my willpower is messing with me so I only manage to lose 1 pound and I'm frustrated with myself. I can't have a 100 calorie snack because then I want one more. The more ya workout the more ya get hungry... no more slacking i can't do this. I wanna see 120 again

I have tons of apples and bananas left out on the counter so when I want to snack I can easily grab one of those. I tend to go for what's quickest and easiest (used to be the cookies, etc.). I'm also trying to not let myself really get hungry, because then who knows what I'll eat! I agree, it's okay to have a cookie or whatever, just not a handful...that's where the not being super hungry or eating a piece of fruit first comes in handy for me. Good luck!

Now that I have madeup my mind to do better, My appitite is my enemy. I find myself wanting to snack even more now that I know Its not right. I have a dicision to make and so far my will-power is weak. I am doing the 10-20 workout a day and I am more conscionus, but how do I overcome the temptation?
