If you're breastfeeding, you have to be careful with calories but the nutrition tracker (ie- calorie counter) is GREAT! I had no idea how many calories I was consuming until I started using this helpful tool. It really all comes down to calories in vs. calories used but this is what helped me lose the last few pounds last year (Ahem, honesty moment, I seem to have gained them back since I stopped using the tracker- so, here I am, back again) emoticon

I have 4 kids they are respectively 22,19,18, and 17. Losing baby weight is tough! Your energy levels could probably use a boost first thing in the morning, working out first thing in the morning before you start your day can be just the right kick of hormones and endorphins to give you energy and help you burn fat and calories throughout the day. Strength training workouts help you burn fat at around 3-4x longer than cardio workouts but either is fine. I try to work out at least 15-30 minutes in the morning and 15-30 in the evening. This seems to be the right combo for me, and it keeps me energized all day. Try some of the Gaiam fitness workouts on Hulu.com if you don't have a favorite workout that you do yet.

U can get on and let people know how you are doing on a daily basis or even every few days. If you find good enough friends or active groups you can get lots of help and advice on what to do or support for how things are going. Good and Bad. I am also on a really small team. Only 9 of us. Always someone on there so it is nice to be able to talk when you need to or even just to give anyone else advice

Check out several teams for moms using the search term "baby weight" (or even just "mom")!

Hello,

I joined this awhile back but never did anything with it, as I had gotten pregnant again. My baby is now 4 mo old and I am looking to lose the last of my baby weight. Can someone please help, I have no idea how to start but would like to use this site for meal plans and tips, etc. Thank you!
