Niiiiice. I like the protein too - I'll try these with almond flour.

I made a cream-cheese based pizza crust that I am in love with (and use as a base for breakfast sandwiches too). Might be of interest: www.genaw.com/lowcarb/deep_dish_pizz

Yesterday is but a dream, tomorrow but a vision. But today well lived makes every yesterday a dream of happiness, and every tomorrow a vision of hope. Look well, therefore, to this day.

Ive been putting a big scoop of cottage cheese on my pancakes along with normal toppings. Makes them last much longer and very tasty! I feel like its whipped cream!

Pleasure, they're great, they only take 5 minutes to make, and tastes very nice too.

This is a great snack after training, after school for hungry kids or as a light dinner (needs some extra bits on the side maybe!). Basically it works for brekkie, dinner or a snack
