Ive been putting a big scoop of cottage cheese on my pancakes along with normal toppings. Makes them last much longer and very tasty! I feel like its whipped cream!

This is a great snack after training, after school for hungry kids or as a light dinner (needs some extra bits on the side maybe!). Basically it works for brekkie, dinner or a snack
