The meal plans have given me "some" great ideas like the veggie chili was amazing but most of them have an ingredient I don't like or require a costly item. It's just as easy to go buy a can of soup sometimes and it's cheaper!

Oh gosh that's not sad at all!! I LOVE meal planning and grocery shopping days! It's fun to think of ways to improve recipes, and I definitely look forward to cooking every day, filling the house with good smells, etc.

YOJULEZ I'm right there with you (which is probably why I'm here anyway emoticon )

I never even looked at the meal plans. I knew that there was NO chance I could stick with it if I couldn't control what and when I ate. The Nutrition tracker gives me the guidelines and then I fit in my favorite foods.

It might help if you try it for a week or two. See if you like it and can live with it or see if it won't work for you (then you know and have an idea of how to plan your meals anyway!)

I don't use the meal plans here. Meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking are my favorite hobbies (it's sad, I know), and I like being able to pick what I want to eat, versus having it given to me.

Working on maintaining at 140!

Hi guys! I was wondering if anyone uses the meal plans that are generated on here. If you do do you find them easy to follow and have they helped you in your energy levels as well as weight loss? I m still reading my Spark book but on the first going to gear up for the 28 day plan. Take carem Michelle
