Just started with SparkPeople today! Found this site by looking for free workout videos and I am really impressed with it. Everything from the food trackers to the discussion boards are great. Hoping to reach a BMI that will make me more comfortable with myself (hate my flabby stomach!) before the beginning of the new year. Any one have any tips on how to stay on track with this. Or would you share your favorite things about this site?
