All the yoga I've done has been from books - and one book that is like my bible is one for yoga for scoliosis. It is sooo helpful for me and makes such a difference! I have done some yoga videos through 5 or 10 minute snippets available online or with Comcast (when I used to have them) which is also helpful if the moves demonstrated are ones I am not familiar with. But Youtube is also a great resource for stuff like that! And of course you can find some things on this site too.

I'm really wanting to try it. I'm so stiff, I think that's my problem. Definitely need to stretch. I always leave that off, but I forget to think about it. I won't forget it anymore. It's been three fays of pain. The walking really helps and ibuprofen. I need a yoga DVD. Have you done it? I've heard good things about it, I just haven't tried it yet
