My knee really hurt last night. I walked 3 miles yesterday. I know the walking helps so I will keep doing it. I love to walk. But I haven't had a rest day since I hurt it, so maybe I should rest.......tomorrow

Week 2: will be walking my second 5k this week. This is so easy now but I'm signed up every week now through September. Then the last race will be a mile run. This fall I am gonna try t build u to a 10k walk.
