A salad really sounds good. My iron has been kinda low here lately, so I need some dark greens. I've been eatin Total raisin bran. That stuff has 100%iron and other nutrients, it's amazing stuff. Like a multi vitamin in a box!

Albacore tuna packed in water with a table spoon of light mayo and a table spoon of Grey Poupon. I put it on 6-8 Dill & Olive Oil Triscuits and have a half a cup of 2% cottage cheese. Its a little over 300 cals and it satisfies me. I usually get the majority of my vegetables in at dinner by having a big salad. I also have minimal carbs in the evening.
