I am starting over myself. Monday was day 1 again for me. Unfortunately, I let my daily life get in the way of taking care of me. And we all know that you need to take care of yourslef in order to live a happy, productive life. I have 20lbs to lose by Oct 1. A friendly wager with co-workers has me stoked for the chance to win a massage/mani/pedi form the runners' up. Help support me in this journey????

Welcome Back...and good luck. I know with me, smaller goals work so much better. So, even though I need to lose about 24 lbs total, I start with 5 lb goals. It's so much easier to look at the short terms one as being reachable than the long term goal.

Just starting back up again today. I have MUCH more than 10-24 lbs to lose, but I thought that this team setting might be a great help in making the ~24 lb mark a good 1st goal. Looking forward to making some new friends and getting things done!!!
