I, too, seem to be stuck in place. I've changed things up recently, instead of doing the treadmill or elliptical all the time. I heard about these DVDs from Chris Freytag, who has been in Prevention magazine and is very motivating and inspiring. She has a 10 lb slimdown set of DVDs, and a 10 lb slimdown xtreme - which is what I bought to challenge myself, and boy, is it a challenge, but I highly recommend it. I always had a hard time sticking with the strength training but she uses weights and makes it fun. She has an upper, lower, and total body workout, along with kickboxing, yoga and core - each are 40 minutes. She also has quick 20 minute workouts on another DVD included in the package, and 10-minute ab and butt bonus workouts. It never seems to get old. See what you think. Keep up the great work!

I am a stay-at home/ work at home mom. I am 34 and am from Indianapolis, Indiana. I've been doing pretty well with my diet and exercise, except weekends! :) I'm pretty close to my 10lbs down mark, still wanting to lose about 13 more but.......
I seem to be hitting a plateau, any suggestions on how to get over that??? I know part of it is im probably getting a little bit more relaxed so im sure I need to refocus. Another issue is probably doing the same routine over and over, Just Dance 2 has been working great with the occassional treadmill mixed in.
I have also heard mixing in strength training could help get past the plateau as well.
