I recently joined Spark People. I'm 30 years old and have been 10-15 pounds overweight for a long time. It has always bothered me and I always consider dieting and have trouble keeping motivation after the first couple of days. I'm very much about instant gratification and because dieting is more a journey than a sprint I always seem to lose motivation after the first week. I'm determined to make it happen this time but wondering if anyone had any tips for how to keep motivation when you aren't necessarily seeing results.
