I am on day 4 now. I have had a lot of aches and pains in places Ive never had before, but I am enjoying it. Although I don't feel like I have lost any weight, in fact I feel puffy, but I am continuing on and sticking with it. Did you use the diet plan the last time?

I did Insanity last year. It is amazing! You will be able to do things that you never dreamed you could do when you are done. I would never have believed those commercials, but I saw a friend transform before my eyes, and then I had to try it. When I did it, I lost a lot of weight and built a lot of muscle. I was almost finished and got really sick though. I am thinking about starting again this week since I have been slacking majorly on cardio lately. This time I plan to take my vitamins every day and try to follow their diet plan pretty closely. You really have to make sure that you feed your body enough to keep up with all the energy you will be burning! Want to check in with each of other once a week to see how it is going?
