I am good monday--friday, but when the weekend comes, I just give up and eat whatever I want, which is not good. From May to September it is the most difficult time for me, I seem to love icecream from the icecream stands and usually end up with a large sundae of some sort. I have asked my husband to help me by not allowing me to gorge like that, but he has a hard time saying no. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Oh thank you , sorry for delayed response was with out a computer for a week. I am struggling with eating regular balanced meals. Binging and purging for like 18 years and I want to stop and be healthy for my family. I am having a hard time trusting that if I eat the calories I am supposed to that I will gain weight instead of loose as I feel my metabolism is wrecked. I am on face book and e mail. I a m hoping to get to 105, I am currently 120. thanks for your help!
